Furō’s F1 Simulation a hit at Grafana Observability Day 2025

Furō brought the energy, speed and adrenaline of Formula 1 to Grafana Observability Day 2025 and it quickly became one of the standout experiences of the entire event. Designed to showcase the power of real-time observability, our custom-built F1 Simulation wasn’t just entertainment; it was a live, immersive demonstration of how engineering teams can turn high-velocity telemetry into insight, action and performance.

Our simulation streamed real-time data directly into Grafana dashboards, giving attendees a hands-on look at how modern observability tooling handles speed, load and rapid decision-making. From latency tracking to spike detection and performance tuning, guests experienced observability the way it should be: fast, visual and deeply intuitive.

One of the highlights of the day was seeing our Technical Director, Hung Dinh, speak on the engineering panel. Hung shared practical insights on:

• The future of real-time observability across APAC

• How modern engineering teams can operationalise OpenTelemetry

• Best practices for improving developer experience through platform engineering

• The shift from reactive monitoring to proactive observability
